I enjoyed the gentle sweetness and slight aroma. I prefer it at about room temperature. It is a tasty, refreshing sake with a slight bitterness.
I didn't feel much sourness.
Also, the first sip after opening the bottle seemed to have a malt-like aroma, but I couldn't really tell while I was drinking it.
