Kawaguchi natto has been on my mind for a long time. Well-balanced and elegant taste of Wataya at home The aroma is slightly rice. The mouthfeel is fruity and gorgeous, the opposite of natto's name! Sake strength only +6 No sweetness, but umami and moderate acidity. It is very dry. The overall balance of alcohol is very good. Very good! Delicious as expected. Looks good with grilled fish.

Third bottle in the Nabeshima Classic series Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa The classic series is less sweet than the regular series. but still has the Nabeshima character. I personally love it! The aroma is light. The first sip gives a gorgeous impression. The sweetness is not so much, but the umami is clearly asserted. Sourness is also present, with dryness and a slight bitterness at the end. Very nice taste. For everyday drinking Nabeshima Special Junmai and the classic series I even think But I still want to enjoy other sakes I will continue my sake shop visits

Sake in Miyagi Missed out on buying a bottle of summer sake Kurikomayama Hachisaku I've always wanted to drink Kurikomayama, so I got Hiyayoroshi instead. I got Hiyayogoshi instead! Not much aroma. The mouthfeel is rich with umami. The sweetness is not too strong and is easily asserted. Later on, the umami is very strong. The acidity is not strong. Finish dry with a little alcohol. By the second day, the alcohol feeling is almost gone. It is a wonderfully balanced food sake. This is very delicious 😋. I got a bottle of Wataya Special Junmai Kawaguchi Natto Miyamanishiki to go with the Kurikoma-yama! My first Wataya at home! And Kawaguchi Natto has been on my mind for a long time! Looking forward to it 😊.

I'm still recovering from the corona. My sense of taste and smell have returned to normal. I've opened a new bottle of alcohol. My son loves Stag Beetle. My father will have it alone. Not much aroma. I don't know if I have an olfactory disorder or not. I take a sip. A soft and gentle sip. Gentle flavor rather than sweetness. I am not confident about my taste buds as I have just finished a Corona I guess it's time for autumn sake.

This is the first bottle of Nabeshima that we bought because we are sure that it is delicious! Also bought a bottle of Yoshikawa Yamadanishiki Special Junmai! I wasn't going to touch it today. But by chance, it tested positive for corona antigen. I'm afraid my sense of taste might go haywire. I opened a bottle of Aizan while I could enjoy it! The upper aroma is sweet and elegant.
