Slight sweetness with a lingering umami flavor and a firm spiciness. On the other hand, it has a fruity taste. This is delicious! It goes well with food. I like it as much as Green label. There are also Yamadanishiki and Akaban Omachi in the classic series. I want to drink the others! No other sake in the fridge! I plan to go to Abehachi soon! I want a sake cellar!
