Nabeshima, which has been away for a while, is the first classic series. The aroma is quite gorgeous for a special junmai! When you take a sip, you can feel the chirichiri-ness. Slight sweetness with a lingering umami flavor and a firm spiciness. On the other hand, it has a fruity taste. This is delicious! It goes well with food. I like it as much as Green label. There are also Yamadanishiki and Akaban Omachi in the classic series. I want to drink the others! No other sake in the fridge! I plan to go to Abehachi soon! I want a sake cellar!

The aroma is elegant, just like Akabu! A sip reveals a moderate sweetness and sourness. Clear mouthfeel Bitterness is slight at the end It is said to be low in alcohol, but I don't need it. I definitely prefer it to AIR, which is like an alcoholic soda that has lost its carbonation. I prefer this one by far. I like it as much as Natsukasumi. Buy it every year!
