On a trip to Sendai There happened to be a sake festival called "Sake and Nishi Park". I thought it was the best among several kinds of sake! (I bought it for my wife on the occasion of Father's Day. 720ml 1,980 yen (including tax) + 1,210 yen for cool delivery) Nigori-nama-zake. I love nama-zake, but it is so thick and sweet that it stays in my mouth for a while. This definitely has sugar in it. I'll be a repeat customer. (Maybe not necessarily for sashimi due to its sweetness? (Maybe not necessarily for sashimi due to its sweetness, but for cured ham or Italian food? (It would go well with cured ham or Italian food.)

On a trip to Sendai I like doburoku or cloudy sake (I still don't know the difference), so I ordered it. It's doburoku, but it's not thick, and has a refreshing fizzy taste. Easy to drink. It goes well with Chinese food. Nihonshuya nico Shimama Sake Shop A Chinese restaurant along Hirose Street where you can drink sake. The blackboard is the back menu (if you look closely, you will see that it is not on the menu... maybe it was just on the front menu).

On a trip to Sendai My vocabulary makes me think the same thing about all the sweet drinks, but they were so sweet! It's kind of fancy with a side letter in it! Oyster Bar Ostra de Ole, Sanriku Fisherman's Oyster Bar The manager wears a cowboy hat for some reason. He looks like Zakoshi!
