Shinmasa Earth, Namahyashiro, Kioku Oke Junmai Glass 1,100 yen including tax Polishing ratio: Koji rice 60%, Kake rice 60 Slightly carbonated sweet sake with a fruity aroma! It is delicious! The gas and alcohol feeling that leaves after you finish drinking. It is very easy to drink from the beginning to the end... This is a juice... It was really delicious... thank you very much for the food.

Amaeko (sweet cat) 160ml 1,860 yen Tastes like a gin and tonic in both aroma and taste. Sweet acidity followed by a sharp alcohol taste. Completely different drinking experience from Hinotori. Personally, it didn't really stick with me. (It's definitely delicious, but maybe I set the bar too high.)

At a liquor store near my in-laws' house in Yokkaichi. They had an amazing selection of local sake! The owner was also very friendly (^^) It is a liquor store that I am totally sure to repeat. 750 ml (a bit much for me ☺️) for 2,035 yen including tax. Polishing ratio 60 Fruity aroma typical of Saku. The sweetness and richness first spread in the mouth, followed by the fizzy feeling of the original sake, and then a crisp dry taste after swallowing. Mmmm, it's good... The price is reasonable and this is a good buy. I would love to compare them with the other four in the Impression series! It's my favorite! I hope you all will too (^^) Postscript I tried it again several times, but for better or worse, it is too sweet! It might be a little hard to match with snacks. The sweetness also lingers in the aftertaste, so it may be a little too much for some people. It's still delicious, though.

8,800 yen for 1,800ml. Polishing ratio 40 An empty bottle of Houraisen, which is hard to find. It was opened at a New Year's party at my parents' house. It had not been drunk in quite a while. It has a gorgeous aroma, and when you drink it, you will find that it has a refreshing sweetness with a dry aftertaste. It is not too sweet, and the refreshing taste makes it easy to drink. I had an image of it being sweet, but it is not too sweet, and I got the impression that it would go well with snacks. As expected of Sora, it was delicious.

It is said to be about 800 yen for 720 ml. It says it has a sweet and sour and gentle taste. Taste of plum lol. It's like juice though it has a great additive taste. If I say it tastes good, it tastes good. LOL.

Souvenirs from Gifu at a friend's house. Polishing ratio 50%. The aroma is weak, but you can certainly taste the rice. It is slightly sweet, but basically dry. It is easy to drink and has a sharp aftertaste. It has no peculiarities, so it can be easily paired with anything.

Souvenirs from Gifu at a friend's house. Polishing ratio: 50% for koji rice, 50% for kake rice The aroma is fruity. The taste is not as dry as the label says, but has a fruity acidity. It has a slightly bitter taste. It is light and has a refreshing aftertaste. Good with sashimi. It is a perfect food sake. If you have a chance, please try it.

We all received this as a souvenir from a trip to Nakatsugawa at a home drinking party for two days in a row! Polishing ratio 50%. It is said to be a sake like wine! I'm looking forward to it! The smell was... not much, but it smelled slightly crisp and dry. When you drink it, you will notice a slight umami flavor and quite a bit of acidity! When paired with cheese, this acidity disappears and it's like a swishy drink! It was very tasty!

Two consecutive days of home drinking! Polishing ratio 49 We all received this as a souvenir from our trip to Nakatsugawa, Gifu! Ummm, it's good! Fruity aroma with just the right amount of thickness and sweetness! Just the right amount of sweetness with a fruity aroma and just the right amount of thickness! It is as expected from Daishinshu! A home drinking party with my work colleagues. The name of the party was "Nama-kai. We had a great time with the dishes named "raw" and the sake we brought with us. We also made funamori and ponzu (vinegar) for the liver (^^). We pulled out 5 bottles of sake and tasted them all together, but it was hard to guess them all... (No one got all the questions right)! (No one got all the questions right) There are only 3 days left in this year. I would like to savor sake until the end of the year.

A classmate of mine brought it to me at a home drinking party! They said it was 2,750 yen for 720 ml, tax included. (I saw it at several supermarkets in my neighborhood for an extra 500-1,000 yen) Polishing ratio 39 The aroma smells of rice. Sweet! Thickness! The famous Otters. What a surprise, it was the first time I drank it properly. I really wanted to try the others! I'm a little tongue-tied, so maybe I don't know what it tastes like.

A liquor store in Takahama City. The store has a wide selection of products and the staff was very kind.(^^) There is a children's toy space in the store space, which I appreciated.(^^) The price is 2,178 yen for 720ml including tax. Polishing ratio: Koji rice 50%, Kake rice 55 The aroma is fruity rice. Light and dry! This is a food sake. It does not have enough potential on its own, but the moment it is paired with sashimi, it is a real treat. I would like to drink it depending on the occasion.

My classmate brought it to me at a home drinking party! Craft sake from Fukushima. Amazing murkiness. What is this! What is this? It's a juice! It's fizzy and citrusy bitter in a good way! And...the aftertaste...mint! LOL! It may not be to your liking if you drink it as a sake, but women seem to like it. It is delicious. (^^)

A classmate brought it to me at a home-drinking party! Polishing ratio 60%. Sake made from oak barrel assemblage (combining the original sake to achieve the desired taste, apparently). Strange, never-drank-before feeling. The aroma is clear, but it comes out of nowhere... At first glance, you can't tell it's oak barrels (whiskey-like), but if you ask... it's like that. Easy to drink. But personally, I didn't feel it was clear enough to differentiate it. Postscript I'll try it again. I can feel oak in the aftertaste! I can feel the whiskey aftertaste! I was impressed once again. The potential of sake is amazing.

My classmate brought it to me at a home drinking party! He said it was a Kijo sake, which is a recent trend. Polishing ratio 60 Wow! Wow! Smell, fruity apple! Taste, ah-ma! Tasty, smooth, no cloying taste at all... I personally think it may have surpassed the Shinsei Hinotori... so delicious... Definitely my favorite...delicious...

Purchased at a liquor store in Handa. 720 ml for 1,980 yen including tax. Polishing ratio 50%. Fresh sweetness with a slight aftertaste. No peculiarity at all. This is a good choice for different tastes. However, it is very easy to drink. Postscript I drank it again at a later date. Maybe it was because it had been a while since I opened my mouth, but I noticed that the aroma of black vinegar was stronger than when I first drank it. I noticed that the black vinegar aroma was stronger than when I first drank it. The aftertaste also has a black vinegar aroma and the spiciness of alcohol. I don't think I like it very much.
