まさやま
Purchased at Okadaya in Meieki for the first time.
The clerk carefully explained the sake to me, so even a beginner could feel at ease at this liquor store.
The price was 1,980 yen for 720 ml, tax included.
Polishing ratio 60%.
I was excited because I have been a fan of Tenbi since I drank it at Hikarizo.
The aroma is amazingly fruity. So-called "kapu" type?
This must be very sweet! I thought so and drank it...
Contrary to my expectation, it is not sweet at all! Not even spicy!
But it has a sharpness!
Is this what you call a refreshing sake...?
It is bitter, but in a good way! It's like dark grapefruit juice!
And, as is typical of nama-zake, there is a strong gaseous sensation.
I feel like I was betrayed, for better or worse.
I think it would probably go really well with carpaccio.
I don't think it will become my favorite, but I think people who are into it will like it. Next time I drink it, I want to drink it with carpaccio.
On a side note, I recently started studying for the sake certification test! I hope to weave in more and more knowledge that I know!
