I went to Miyazaki, my hometown in the middle of a typhoon, for the first time in a long time.
I took a bottle of my favorite Akatake to my parents, who don't really enjoy sake in the shochu culture.
It's fruity and refreshingly sweet like Muscat. It's easy to drink and sip.
My mother liked it very much, but my father preferred something a bit more classic.
But the sashimi in Kyushu is really cheap, fresh and delicious! We were refreshed by the delicious food, sake and shochu.
