みみく
It has an apple-like sweetness to it, but it also has a tartness in the middle. It quickly disappears like water at the end and has no habit at all.
After opening the bottle, it was a bit underwhelming (completely lost to the rich Miyazaki beef sukiyaki), but after 5 days or so, the sweetness increased and the ginjo aroma was added to the taste.
In my hometown of Miyazaki, I was drinking only shochu. This may be the first time I've ever had Miyazaki's sake properly.
