I was curious about it and finally got to visit for the first time. I feel like I found a good place.
I really wanted to compare nigori drinks, but there was only snowballs, so I gave up.

It was a good sake, not only light but also with a strong umami flavor.

I had never heard of it and started drinking it with the image of Chiyo Hikari, but it was like a completely different thing. I was pleasantly surprised.
I wasn't going to drink it, but my last round of golf was not too bad, so I opened the bottle in a good mood.
I was happy with the clear and spreading flavor.
I bought this sake because the first time I drank Suitama in the spring was delicious. It was a very good sake, moderately dry with a lingering umami flavor. It went well with the main dish of stewed pork cubes.
I had not been able to purchase it, but finally found it and bought it immediately. Since it was getting colder, I wanted something warm and paired it with yellowtail shabu-shabu. I enjoyed the moderate sweetness and refreshing taste.

The sashimi was excellent to start off with, so we chose the Dai-Shinshu. The super dry sake was more crisp and my drinking companions and I soon emptied the four-goupe bottle.
