A gift from my cousin. It is said that the name is Yamama (Yanmar), imitating a farm machinery manufacturer in response to Kubota, and from there this Yamayo (Yanbo). It seems there is also a Marbo. The unique flavor was impressive and delicious.

Gift from my brother. It was my first brand. It was a reasonably priced nodoguro. It is completely different from Chiyonomikari. It was a good sake, not only light but also with a strong umami flavor. I was glad to know that my hometown, Niigata, is also working on various things.

I bought this sake because the first time I drank Suitama in the spring was delicious. It was a very good sake, moderately dry with a lingering umami flavor. It went well with the main dish of stewed pork cubes.

I had not been able to purchase it, but finally found it and bought it immediately. Since it was getting colder, I wanted something warm and paired it with yellowtail shabu-shabu. I enjoyed the moderate sweetness and refreshing taste.

We had so much fun that we went to the second bar. We often have Toyo Bijin here, but this was my first time to try the Dai-harakuchi. I liked the taste so much that I had to have an extra bottle. It was a bottle I would like to get for drinking at home.
