This week's bottle.
I didn't hesitate to buy it because I enjoyed the sake I collaborated with Saku no Hana the other day.
It's delicious.
It has a slight fizzy feeling, followed by an elegant ginjo aroma. The deliciousness that comes afterwards. The aftertaste doesn't drag, and it's a very well-balanced sake.
Tonight we had shabu-shabu with the beef we got tonight.
