This week's bottle.
Open the bottle while it was well chilled.
The feeling of pouring is smooth and light.
As I poured it, my first impression was that it was a very clear and refreshing sake.
However, as it came closer to room temperature, I could smell the elegant flavor and aroma!
Oh man, I'm drinking too much.
This one isn't enough for me this week.
