The first new sake of the year is Akabu NEWBORN Junmai⚡. It is truly fresh and fruity 🎶. Gentle sweetness spreads and the acidity gives it a quick kick! I really like Akabu too 👍 I was able to buy 3 bottles of the new sake nigori that I was looking for at the liquor store tour last week I bought 3 bottles of the new sake nigori that I was looking forward to 🎶.

New brand from my favorite liquor store ✨. It's my first time to buy this brand, but it's Nagano sake, so I bought it in a bottle. I bought it in a bottle. The aroma is sweet and sour like 🍎. This year's Sunokure Yuyamanishiki was outstandingly delicious! I was going to buy it again, but it was sold out 😭. But it was sold out. There was still some Sagabiyori left that I hadn't had yet. I had some leftover Sagabiyori that I hadn't had yet 😭 Slightly tame opening without popping the cork ❕. Lots of gasiness 🫧. Sweet aroma like banana and peach. New product to replace last year's Junmai Hiyayogoshi I've seen a lot of positive reviews on Sake no Wa, so I was looking forward to opening it! I was looking forward to opening it 🥰. I usually go through at my usual liquor store. refrigerator in the Ohroku corner. I had never had a chance to take a good look at it, so on this day I took my time and looked around ✨. It was "溪" nigori, which means "mountain stream" in Japanese. It seems to be a sake with a warning to open the bottle, but it didn't spill. It opened without any spillage. ✌️ The secondary fermentation in the bottle gives it a great shuwashu🫧! The aroma is just a faint smell of cemedine. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity pops and disappears quietly. quietly fades away. Mixing the lees increases the flavor of the rice, but it's not too sweet The lingering taste is especially delicious🎶.

Local Sake Street hosted by Kuboyama Sake Shop ✨ For one day only, the Ginza shopping district in front of Shimizu Station Shimizu Station "Gin" Ginza Shopping Street🎶. I was going to participate by myself, but I ran into a colleague from my office by chance. So 4 of us went 🙌! I ended up drinking Sentori's Modern Omachi✨ and and Jikin Hi-ire Tokujun✨. No pictures 😰. There was a long line at the Jikin booth before the event started! But I was able to drink it just before the end of the event. ✌️ One thing I regretted about this event The system was to get a wooden square at the reception and drink from it. but the aroma was all wooden 🙄 . Everyone seemed to disapprove of this, so I got a small plastic cup and drank from it. I was given a small plastic cup and drank from it. I got a small plastic cup and drank from it. But I had a dreamy and fun time! It was a great event and I hope to attend again next year. I hope to attend again next year👍.

There were many sake brewery booths in Shizuoka Prefecture I had to put it off for a while 😰. One of the more unusual sakes was Garyubai's Sparling Rosé 🙂. Sparling Rosé 🫧 from Garyubai! Slightly pink and shwashy It's a little pink, a little shwashy, a little sweet, and a great palate freshener 👍.
