There was also a hiyaoroshi made with the same Aizan koji, but there was also a nama-shu made in March, so I went for this one.
It has a great aroma and is gorgeous!
Just after opening the bottle, I thought it was melon-like freshness, but a few days after opening the bottle, the grapiness started to come out😳.
It has a sweetness to it, and a lingering dusty aftertaste that lingers a bit too long for my liking.
