The last sake to be drunk on the three days of the year is said to be a rare sake available only in Hiroshima. It is junmai (pure rice), but I was surprised to find that it has a gorgeous aroma like ginjo sake.
I am looking forward to starting the year with another great sake!
I am thankful that I can drink good sake today in good health!
