This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. Today I am drinking sake that I brought back from my parents' house. It is a sake made from Hachitan rice from Hiroshima. The taste is a robust sake with a spiciness that prevails over the umami. The taste is firmly Hiroshima sake. I am grateful to be able to drink sake today as well, enjoying delicious sake and fish with a sense of nostalgia. Cheers to tonight!
