This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. This is the first time I have had this sake and I am impressed by the taste, which suits my taste. It is a dry, heavy, punchy muskirin sake. It is a sake that doesn't lose to the food! It was a good encounter with a very masculine taste. I am grateful to be able to enjoy good sake and fish again today.
