This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. Today I happened to be drinking a variety of sake at a sake specialty store, and being able to meet this sake again showed me once again that my tastes are the same as they were 10 years ago and that I am not blinkered. It goes well with delicious tuna, and I am grateful to be able to drink healthy and delicious sake again tonight.
