This will be a comment from an amateur drinker. Today we had some delicious akitogi and I made a rice dish with akitogi. Since we were able to prepare delicious sashimi, I made a rice dish that goes best with sake. Today's sake is the autumn-aged Tsuki no I. It was more luxurious and refined than the previous Tsuki no I. It was a wonderful sake with great drinkability and a gentle spiciness. I am grateful for the opportunity to enjoy another delicious sake today!
