This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. I drank a rare kind of Sawanoi. It is a dry sake that goes well with fish and has a familiar taste. Although it is a draft sake, the aging process has rounded the corners and made the weight of the draft sake a little lighter and deeper, making it a very tasty sake. I am grateful to the store owner who recommended it to me. I am thankful that I can drink delicious sake in good health today!
