This is a comment from an amateur sake lover. It has been a while since I have had good fish, so I had it with sake. It is a dry junmai sake made with Matsuyama Mitsui, a sake compatible rice. The first sip had various sweet and savory flavors with a bit of acidity, but by the time it reached my throat, the spiciness was surging. Here's to another great sake encounter this evening! I am thankful to be able to enjoy healthy and delicious sake and snacks.
