Shinshu Kamerei sake is made with sake rice grown in Noto to protect the future of Noto.
I thought that the sake rice used in the brewing process gives the sake a particular flavor.
It is as if Yumemizuho is waving at you from behind the usual Shinshu Kamerei. ❓️
It is delicious without any complaints. ‼️
