Purchased at Sendai Station. This sake has a green apple flavor. Is it because Sasanishiki is sake rice? It is a sake, but it seems to be a little bit different from other sake. It's not like wine either... this kind of sake😅. You can drink this sake alone.

It is a dry sake with a strong sense of effervescence. Until now, sake with a fizzy taste has been sweet...or rather sweet flavor (?), but this sake is very dry. but it was very dry. The expression "very dry" was perfect. The aftertaste was very refreshing. As expected of Koshi.

Shinshu Kamerei sake is made with sake rice grown in Noto to protect the future of Noto. I thought that the sake rice used in the brewing process gives the sake a particular flavor. It is as if Yumemizuho is waving at you from behind the usual Shinshu Kamerei. ❓️ It is delicious without any complaints. ‼️
