A series I knew the label but never drank.
This time, Ibaraki Taiheikai. The jacket looks delicious, but how does it taste?
It goes in smooth and dry on the palate, but there's a hint of gorgeous rice flavor on the nose that I've been liking lately!
It reminds me of the 7-da we had last year around the same time.
It was so delicious that I finished it in about an hour...
