I have only seen Mr. Hayashi once in a while.
But this time I had a chance to see him for the first time in a while and had a real drink!
As the store owner explained, it was a beautiful but robust sake, just the way I like it....
I remember it was my favorite sake.
I would like to drink Yamadanishiki next time if they have it 😋.
It was my first visit to Toyama, but I had a very good impression to start with!
