It's been a while since I checked in.
I've been a little away from sake lately.
I've been trying to stay away from Sake for a while now, but I've also been trying to keep my wallet in check.
I can't help but drink too much because it tastes so good...
Now back to the story...
This time, I'd like to share with you a new series of yeast from Takachiyo 59 Church.
It's safe to say that it's never missed the mark.
But when you drink it, the rice juice taste is just like you'd expect from Takachiyo!
I love it!
This was my first time to drink Dewa Sanzan, but it is such a sake that you can drink it all the time, although it is thick and has a strange stodgy taste.
I paired it with sashimi, and I had no problem at all enjoying it.
I can't seem to stop drinking sake after all.
