Purchased in January 2024. We happened to be able to purchase a precious bottle, which was delivered to the liquor store before the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and we cherish it. It is soft and cool, with a plump and elegant flavor that is the pride of Noto. It is a refined and friendly sake. Kazuma Sake Brewery, which suffered damage from the earthquake, writes about how the brewery is making steady progress toward restoration in the "Brewery Column" section of their website.
