Long time no see Izumibashi❣️ I wanted to drink Summer Yago Label😍 I got the nigori shuwashuwa one 🙏🙏. The refreshing fizziness is just like the label implies, and when mixed with the nigori flavor, it's a sweet and refreshing paradise 🏝🏖😇. It was so delicious and easy to drink that the small bottle was gone in no time 🤣ahahaha!

The famous sake from Yoshino, Nara, Shojo no Oni👹san series❣️. The founder of Shugendo, Yakushokaku, was served by a couple of demons: the husband demon was Zendo Oni (the former demon) and the wife was Myodo Oni (the latter demon). This is the first time I bought a sake named after that Zendo Oni 😆. I was originally under the impression that Shoto was a fruity, easy-drinking sake, but this Zendo Oni is so rich and full-bodied that it is hard to believe it is a Jungin of Gohyakumangoku 😳. It has a nice melon feeling and a full-bodied flavor reminiscent of Tamagawa❣️. By the third day, the ripe fruit-like sweetness is added, and the unique flavor is irresistible 😇 I'm enjoying it chippy, chippy, chippy😇 All that crosses our path are demons 👹. But if it's demons like this, I want to see them again. I wonder if his wife will be the next demon (not my wife 😅)

I found this brand at Kyoto Takimoto. It seems to be from Sado Island in Niigata, but I was attracted by the label and bought it❣️. In a word, it's like melon 🍈. Fruity, fresh, sweet and tasty, with a bit of bitterness and sourness. It's a little sweet, but you can enjoy it even during a meal. My wife raves about it👍Delicious 😋. Niigata sake is not only light and dry. There are many different kinds 😊. Thanks for the food 🙏.

Sawanoi❣️ which I got at Kyoto Isetan after a long time. I think this place is one of the highest level in the department store sake department 🤨. Sawanoi is a representative sake of Tokyo, but recently they are making efforts to expand their sales channels to the Kansai area as well. I'm glad it was a brand I wanted to drink ❣️. This time I chose Jungin, which is not too spicy, but rather mild and gentle, with a fruity and umami flavor that spreads. It is easy to drink and it seems to be gently quenching. Well-balanced and good as a food sake 👍! Now I want to try the big dry one 🕺🏻!

I heard they use a special kind of rice called "low glutelin rice". Certainly not nearly as sweet as the ones I've had so far 😳 The sizzling, fresh, refreshing, bittersweet taste is typical of Koeikiku, but the dry, white wine-like sensation is new to me. Found in a newly opened shop❗️ Mitsui no Kotobuki Batonage❣️ I didn't know you could buy this in Nara city 😆. The green label is dazzling in the season of fresh greenery🍀. I'll have it now that my night shift on a public holiday is over 🙏. I haven't had it in a few years, but it's still good! It has a mild, refreshing sweetness and umami❣️. It's so easy to drink and it goes down easy 😋. I'm also looking forward to the summer chicara 🕺🏻.

The first challenge for the first Bodai yeast sake is the sake from Nara, the birthplace of Bodai yeast 🕺🏻. Takacho 🦅❗️ from Aburicho Sake Brewery, well known for Kaze no Mori 🕺🏻. I got this one because it's only available in April! The label is so cool 👍! I thought it might be a bit peculiar since it's made from the Muromachi period, but it's not as sour as I thought it would be, and it's full-bodied and tasty while also giving off a unique flavor😳. I was expecting it to be a bit peculiar, but it was not as acidic as I thought it would be, and it was delicious with a unique flavor and richness 😳. It is rated -34 on the sake scale, but it is not too sweet and can be drunk easily 😋. Different from Kaze no Mori, this one was delicious too! I think I'll try another Bodai Hashimoto Sake 😋!

Opened a bottle of Lapis, albeit regrettably, to compare with Sogape Numerosis 🍾. This one has a fizziness and unique acidity that Sogape does not have. It is easy to drink and tasty, with a touch of nama-like qualities. I didn't really understand what you mean by "wooden vat" 😅. Even though they are made with the same rice and yeast, I could feel the difference in their respective characteristics when I compared them. Both of them have a one-of-a-kind presence, and are indeed delicious 😋😋😋😋. It was a good drinking comparison😇

This is our second bottle of Numérosis😙 this year! After the Domaine Ikeda lot, we will now have the normal lot in a luxurious drink comparison with the Shinsei Lapis 😋. The two bottles have many things in common: Miyamanishiki, No. 6 yeast, sake yeast, and no additives, but the flavors have their own unique personalities and are very interesting (*ω...!)! The Sogape is fruity and crisp with a modern dry impression. The sweetness is not felt as much as the previous Ikeda lot. Maybe I should have let it sit a little longer? This is the difference in production area 🤔? It is more sake-like than Lapis, and is suitable as a food sake. Needless to say, it's delicious, but I'll drink it little by little and enjoy the changes in taste. I drank it a day after opening the bottle and the sweetness and deliciousness increased 😆. I can't get enough ❣️

I bought it because it was reasonably priced, limited edition, and had a nice label. Fruity and refreshingly sweet, it tastes more like a small sip than a swig 😋. It's just as good as Takachiyo❣️. It's 500ml, but I let it last for 3 days and took good care of it 🙏.

Due to its popularity, the Mimuro cedar is becoming scarce even in Nara. This year, too, I was able to safely buy this seasonal item 💨. As the name suggests, thank the sake gods and open the bottle🙏. Compared to last year, I feel that the assertiveness of Omachi is less pronounced, and the impression is a little more refreshing, but the sweet and fruity Mimuro-like flavor is still there. It is still delicious 😋. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink and perfect for the slightly hot weather we've been having lately.

I'll be following the Koei Chrysanthemum rush again this year❗️ I also got Dusk Orange safely❣️ Holy shit! It's not as citrusy as I thought it would be, but the unique sweet and bitter acidity and fruitiness reminiscent of peach🍑 and grape🍇 are wonderful😋. The subtle squishiness also enhances the freshness and makes it very comfortable to drink 😆. Steady deliciousness👍I don't want to miss the next Hakutsuki!

To fill in the map of Ibaraki Prefecture, we chose a freshly squeezed "Fuji Taikan", another brand of Morishima Shuzo, well known for "Morishima". It was my first time to see it, but I bought it because it looked like a rus1 and because it was Morishima's sake. It has little sweetness and a fresh flavor typical of freshly squeezed sake, with a pleasant bitterness and a sense of shwash and fruitiness in a clean and refreshing taste 😆. Frankly, it's delicious❣️. Cost effective at 1,485 yen for a four-pack ❣️. Perfect as a food sake👍 This was a hit🎯😇

I decided to fill the map of Gifu with this ❗️ Yibi❣️ Fresh, lush, melon-like fruity flavor even though it's been sitting since January 😆. The flavor is so good, you don't even feel the alky taste 😳. Not only rare, but seriously delicious. It's delicious 🤣. I wish I could encounter this kind of sake again...(๑˃˃˃) coo~!

It's a dream come true to be able to drink this at home 😂. First sogape❣️ I followed the store's advice and let it sit for about 2 months. I've had the wine🍷 (3rd image) a few times, but what does the sake version taste like? The wine (white) was an excellent dry and refreshing food wine, but this one is slightly sweet 😳. Is it because of yeast #6? Is it because of Miyamanishiki? It has a wine-like mouthfeel with just the right amount of sweetness, acidity, and richness, and it's really good 😋. This is my favorite taste ❤️. Nice sake that did not disappoint 😇

I was able to buy it again this year❣️Anastasia Green😍 It's still delicious! This balance of sweetness, bitterness and umami ❗️I love it❗️ It's 13% alcohol and it's easy to drink. Of course the Gekko was delicious, but personally I think this might be my favorite of all the Koeikiku 😆. This year's sake does not disappoint❣️. I'm looking forward to the upcoming series 😋!

It's been a while since I've been out drinking, and I've been drinking Akabu NEWBORN 😆. First of all, Sake Mirai ❗️, which is well-known for Jyushidai. I drink a lot of Koueikiku, but I had avoided Gekko because of its high price. This year I took the plunge and bought it in a bottle 🤩❗️. Even a four-pack costs almost 3,000 yen, and I wanted to enjoy the taste change. The bottle was opened about a week ago, and the sweet, bitter acidity spread pleasantly in the mouth, making it a gobble-worthy drink 😋. However, it seems mature or mild among Koei Chrysanthemum. After a couple of days, the complexity of the flavor intensified and the Kouei Kiku character started to emerge 😆. This time we changed things up a bit and bought a bottle of Kuromatsu Kenrishi❣️, which we fell in love with at first sight because of the shape of the bottle and the coolness of the label. I had it lukewarm with my homemade oden🍢🙏. It's also good that you can heat up the whole bottle in a ding-dong! It has a bit of an alcoholic aroma, but I don't mind it too much. It's just as spicy and easy to drink 😮❗️ It's like an evolution of the classic type of sake? and I enjoyed it with food 😚.
