This is our second bottle of Numérosis😙 this year!
After the Domaine Ikeda lot, we will now have the normal lot in a luxurious drink comparison with the Shinsei Lapis 😋.
The two bottles have many things in common: Miyamanishiki, No. 6 yeast, sake yeast, and no additives, but the flavors have their own unique personalities and are very interesting (*ω...!)!
The Sogape is fruity and crisp with a modern dry impression.
The sweetness is not felt as much as the previous Ikeda lot. Maybe I should have let it sit a little longer? This is the difference in production area 🤔?
It is more sake-like than Lapis, and is suitable as a food sake.
Needless to say, it's delicious, but I'll drink it little by little and enjoy the changes in taste.
I drank it a day after opening the bottle and the sweetness and deliciousness increased 😆.
