いーじーPurchased at the annual Akita tasting and sale at the Kita-Tohoku Antenna Shop
I got a brand I had never seen before from the Fukurokuju Sake Brewery, which brews Isshaku Suisei.
Cold sake
Just the right amount of ginjo aroma.
Soft on the palate and easy to drink.
Slight sweetness spreads.
Slightly sweet on the palate with a refreshing finish T.KISOScoring: ☆☆☆☆
This is the first time I bought this limited edition sake 🍶♡ from Fukurokuju Shuzo, famous for its ichibakusuisei.
Almost Junmai Daiginjo specs with locally harvested Akita Sakekomachi rice polished to 50% ❣️
Until the year before last it was Miyamanishiki, but since last year it has been changed to Akita Sakekomachi.
This sake was worked on from the raw material rice by three female personalities from local TV in Akita.
Ms. Misao Sakuraba. (Age undisclosed. Around 50?)
Megumi Shiina. (Late 30s)
Hazuki Masaka. (Early 30s)
The naming 🌸 Sakura Meizuki🌸 is supposedly taken from their respective names😄.
Now, let's open the bottle🎉.
It's named Sakura Meigetsu, but it doesn't smell like cherry blossoms as expected 😅.
Mildly fruity aroma ❣️
In the mouth, you can feel a little sourness and a gentle sweetness 😋.
Juicy, but quite light and refreshing on the palate 😁.
It has a clear sake quality, and it finishes crisp and clean in a brilliant way. It tastes like the falling of cherry blossoms 🌸.
It has already fallen, but it will be good with a meal while viewing the cherry blossoms 🌸🍴😋🍴💕. ポンちゃんGood evening, T.KISO 🌙
The label is beautiful with the cherry colored moon🌸I thought it was an idol group, but it's a personality! It's good to be popular in my hometown😊. T.KISOGood morning, Pon, ☀️
It's a fashionable-looking label 💕︎
As a local talent, especially Misao Sakuraba, she has been active since she was young ✨. つぶちゃんGood morning, T.KISO ☀️
I understand it was named after three people.
Sakura Meigetsu🌸 is wonderful 😊✨
For a moment I thought it was Perfume 🤣. T.KISOGood morning, Tsubu. ☀️
Nice name... ❣️
I'm a lot older than Perfume though 😅 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
