いーじーPurchased at the Ko-Imari Sake Brewery Biraki on the 26th
In addition to the Kurabiraki limited edition sake, there was also a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo for export, so I bought it!
It was the last bottle!
The label is fashionable with blue sea waves, which is a characteristic of Imariyaki pottery 😎🌊.
Cold sake
Gorgeous aroma
Slightly smooth on the palate
But the volume increases later on.
Sweet aftertaste and long aftertaste
The rice and polish are the same as the previous junmai daiginjo, but other things are different 🤔.
When I visited the brewery before, they had separate tanks for the former and for export... いーじーOn the 25th and 26th, the Ko-Imari Sake Brewery, which brews Mae
I was told about it by the president and the brewer whom I met before for some reason, but....
I overslept and went to the brewery in a rented car.
I left the place only to buy limited sake and say hello to the brewer...
Cold sake
Slight aroma
It's gassy but very subtle.
I personally feel it is more powerful than the previous series, probably due to the fact that it is a draft sake.
It has an astringent taste compared to the light nigori Esperanza.
It can be easily enjoyed on its own, so be careful not to get drunk. ⚠️ グラGood morning, Eiji-san. I'm late to comment, but the previous sake brewery opening! I like it! Pink front, looks delicious 🍶. いーじーGood morning, Mr. Gula ☀☀☀☀☀.
It was located in a place where you need a car to get there 🤣.
It was delicious with just the right amount of gas... いーじーThe day before yesterday, I went on a trip to Imari.
After visiting Imari village, we had time to go to Imari Sake Brewery.
I bought a bottle of Ko-Imari Sumiyama, which is only available in Imari City.
It's chilled.
Moderate aroma
Slightly pale yellow color
The sweet taste lingers on the tongue
Not heavy, but has a good volume.
Seems to be good when heated. つなぱんSo fruity and easy to drink!
I thought I liked dry, but I think I might like something with a nice fruity flavor!
I find the sweeter the better the aroma. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
