In addition to the Kurabiraki limited edition sake, there was also a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo for export, so I bought it!
It was the last bottle!
The label is fashionable with blue sea waves, which is a characteristic of Imariyaki pottery 😎🌊.

Cold sake
Slight aroma
It's gassy but very subtle.
I personally feel it is more powerful than the previous series, probably due to the fact that it is a draft sake.
It has an astringent taste compared to the light nigori Esperanza.

I bought a bottle of Ko-Imari Sumiyama, which is only available in Imari City.

Not heavy, but has a good volume.

I thought I liked dry, but I think I might like something with a nice fruity flavor!
