The day before yesterday, I went on a trip to Imari.
After visiting Imari village, we had time to go to Imari Sake Brewery.
I bought a bottle of Ko-Imari Sumiyama, which is only available in Imari City.
It's chilled.
Moderate aroma
Slightly pale yellow color
The sweet taste lingers on the tongue
Not heavy, but has a good volume.
Seems to be good when heated.
