いーじーPurchased at a liquor store near Saga Station on the way home from the Tenzan Shuzo Autumn Brewery Biraki
I first tried Kibotsuru at the Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival last month.
I had a hard time deciding between this and velvet, but I chose this one.
Cold sake
Banana-like aroma.
Full and mellow sweetness.
It is one of the top sweet sake in Saga Prefecture, where there are many sweet and mellow types of sake.
Refreshing acidity
Slightly long aftertaste いーじーI bought this on my way home from the Tenzan Sake Brewery opening, which I mentioned in a previous post. This is my first time drinking Matsuura Ichi, which I don't see very often.
After 2 years in Fukuoka, I found myself drinking the most sake from Saga, overtaking the sake from Nara. Checking in over 30 in Fukuoka...sometimes I miss sake from Kansai lol!
Cold sake.
Gentle and mellow umami. Some acidity. The aftertaste is rather dry.
Next, it was served hot.
The umami flavor seems to have mellowed. Personally, I think it tastes better if you take it out of the refrigerator and let it sit for about 10 minutes before drinking.
We had it with yakitori. ネギThe aroma is modest, with a hint of tropical 🍍.
The mouthfeel is gassy as only raw sake can be🥂.
The texture is more like 💭 than petite.
You can see the green apple and pineapple for a moment and then the acidity 😆.
The acidity gives the final taste to the mouth.
I think it goes well with dishes with balsamic vinegar based sauce 🙄🙄🙄 RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
