Purchased at the brewery openings of Mitsui no Kotobuki (Mitsui's Kotobuki), Yamaguchi Shuzo (Garden no Uguisu), and Yamanotoshi (Kotobuki's Mountain Longevity) held on the 20th 😁.
Mitsui no Kotobuki is a very dry slam dunk label raw sake ver.
The back label is torn due to condensation💦.
Cold sake
Slightly subdued ginjo aroma.
Slightly refreshing at first.
Later on, it has a thick, structured flavor characteristic of the original sake.
The aftertaste is refreshing.
Because the alcohol content is 18%, you can directly feel the strength of the alcohol.
Compared to the regular "Dai-harakuchi" sake, the width of this sake is thicker.
