I don't know which one it was, but I got it out and drank it!
I like glasses for wine because you can really smell the aroma.
The pineapple aroma is as pleasant as ever!
The taste has a juice-like sweetness and a robustness that is typical of sake!
There is a slight lactic acidity with a hint of orikomi.
And the bitterness is also pleasant!
