ヱセ飲ん兵衛
I bought it at the Tokyo Station Hasegawa Sake Shop when I was on a business trip for a long time!
I think this is the first time for me to taste Sawaya-Matsumoto's light nigori!
The bottle was written to be opened with caution, but as soon as I opened it, the bottle popped open.
The aroma is lactic acid like light nigori.
The taste is not as sweet as I expected, with a subtle sourness.
The gasiness is typical of new sake.
It's been a while since I've had this kind of sake.
I hope we will be able to encounter a variety of sakes in another year!
