ヱセ飲ん兵衛I bought it at the local Okazaki Sake Brewery's direct sales store.
I realized that when I took the picture!
I thought I bought Miyamanishiki, a brewery limited edition, but it was Yamadanishiki (lol).
Oh well. I'll go back and buy some more.
So I opened the bottle.
It has a slight gassy feeling.
More importantly, it has a fruity sweet aroma that only Yamadanishiki can produce.
The taste is also well-balanced and sweet.
It is so delicious that we regret that we can only buy it in a No. 4 bottle!
Sake from Shinshu is delicious!
