As a fan of Toyo Bijin, I can't help but drink it!
So I bought it!
It is a Daiginjo, but with brewing alcohol added.
The aroma is mild and the taste is sweet?
Is it because of the brewing alcohol?
It tastes a little like it's been made.
I think I would prefer a Junmai Ginjo or higher.
Well, let's just say there is such a sake as this.
