My first post of the year is Jishin!
I bought it at my usual liquor store because they had it in a bottle.
If you buy it at an authorized store, the price for a bottle is around 3,000 yen!
As you can see on Youtube, reselling sake can be illegal, so it's important to find a good liquor store!
Now, to the main topic!
It's raw sake, so there's a faint gassy feeling.
The sweetness you feel for a moment is overlaid by a deep umami flavor that fills your mouth!
This is Jikin!
It is delicious!
I was able to find a good sake at the beginning of the year!
