ヱセ飲ん兵衛I bought it for the year-end and New Year's holidays.
There were so many sake I wanted to drink that I couldn't decide which one to choose, but I bought this one because it had a label I had never seen before!
It was a new sake, but the sweetness and umami were very calm.
I don't really feel the freshness of the sake.
There is no description on the label, so I guess it is probably fire-aged?
Whatever the case, I'm sure we'll have a pleasant New Year's with this and Osechi dishes!
