It tasted fruity at first and ended with a banana smell. It was a good drink from start to finish. I was told to be careful when opening the bottle because the cork would fly open, but I didn't and finished the bottle without incident. It was a perfect autumn taste, and I enjoyed drinking it 😊.

I ordered this sake, wanting a sharp taste from the owner, and was immediately introduced to this sake. It was indeed dry and refreshing.　I am not a fan of dry types, but this was not that kind. It was like the curds were slowly coming off but it didn't lose its stubbornness until the end. I would like to drink it again 😃.
