At a restaurant I know well, I asked for a sake that tastes best at room temperature or warmed up, and this sake, Tokachi, was recommended to me! At room temperature, it is simply refreshing, but when warmed up, it is delicious! This sake is a must have for the winter season!

Naturally, when served cold, the sake has a raw sake-like flavor, but when brought back to room temperature, the flavor remains the same and that is all that disappears. It was a delicious sake with good sharpness 🍶.

It's 80% polished ⁉︎ but it's so round that it doesn't feel so unique. Full of hiyaoroshi-ness 😊. It's a bit spicy and assertive when brought to room temperature. I didn't heat it up, but I think it's delicious that way too 😋.

It has a mild flavor with no hint of katano-zakura. In cold sake, a little bit of kata no sakura peeks out, and when it is brought to room temperature, it even tastes like yogurt. It's like they say this is what a "sake yeast yeast yeast" is 😅. The alcohol content is 17% for the taste, so be careful not to drink too much 👀. Great 👍! I hope to see you again this season 😋.

This is the best time of year.　I went to my favorite restaurant and asked for the best sake for this time of year, at room temperature. I immediately bought it because it is a wide range of sake that can be served at room temperature or warmed up 😊. The color is golden, and at room temperature it tastes like alcohol, which is a good thing about this sake. When heated up, it tastes even better 😋. It may be a very different taste, but I like it 😊.

The brewery has a cave, where the sake has spent the summer, so I had high expectations for this sake! I didn't heat it up, but I think it tastes good that way too. It's been a while since I've had a Kido sparkling. I was looking forward to opening it, thinking it would be a great summer drink, but it blew up and I drank about a third of it in the room 😓. But it tasted great! I'll drink it again when I get a chance👍
