Morishima of repute. I felt a unique aroma, but also a slight bitterness... I also felt a sweetness or perhaps a lactic acidity 😊. Not a soft vibe, but a little sharpness, very interesting taste. I would like to drink a different kind again👍

Delicious! Well balanced! Saga is Shichida in my mind, but I felt it surpassed my impression. This one is "light nigori" so it's special, but I'd like to try other types. Too bad it's not available near my place 🥲.

I don't prefer to make my own choices, but my boss gave this to me. I did not expect much, but I found it to be very tasty, with the acidity I liked and the right amount of heft in the mouth. But the aftertaste was subtle with a hint of alcohol.... But maybe that's a good thing😅.

The taste overturned my impression of black beef. It was not crisp and clear, but really soft and enveloping. I was recommended to drink it at room temperature, and I tried various temperatures, but it tasted best lukewarm: ❗️ Lukewarm is a great way to drink this sake without losing any of its characteristics. Highly recommended 😊.
