Purchased early last year. I saved it to drink with my oldest son and his wife when they came over, and finally opened it. I drank it with a refreshed body and mind for the New Year 😋.
I bought it to drink with warmed sake. It tastes light and delicious when chilled. When warmed to lukewarm, the sweetness comes out a little and it's delicious too.

It has a mild flavor with no hint of katano-zakura. In cold sake, a little bit of kata no sakura peeks out, and when it is brought to room temperature, it even tastes like yogurt. It's like they say this is what a "sake yeast yeast yeast" is 😅.
The alcohol content is 17% for the taste, so be careful not to drink too much 👀.
