My favorite Shichida: ❗️ As always, it's massive. The moderate acidity makes it perfect as a food sake 😋. I've been keeping away from it for a while because of the high percentage of Shichida, but now I want to drink it. ❗️

This is the first bottle after the Sengoku label change. I was surprised to see the label on the bottle. I was surprised when I looked at the label! It is 13% ⁉︎ How does it taste like this? I can't drink it often because I don't have a store nearby, but I will buy it as soon as I see it 😃.

It's 80% polished ⁉︎ but it's so round that it doesn't feel so unique. Full of hiyaoroshi-ness 😊. It's a bit spicy and assertive when brought to room temperature. I didn't heat it up, but I think it's delicious that way too 😋.

It has a mild flavor with no hint of katano-zakura. In cold sake, a little bit of kata no sakura peeks out, and when it is brought to room temperature, it even tastes like yogurt. It's like they say this is what a "sake yeast yeast yeast" is 😅. The alcohol content is 17% for the taste, so be careful not to drink too much 👀. Great 👍! I hope to see you again this season 😋.

This is the best time of year.　I went to my favorite restaurant and asked for the best sake for this time of year, at room temperature. I immediately bought it because it is a wide range of sake that can be served at room temperature or warmed up 😊. The color is golden, and at room temperature it tastes like alcohol, which is a good thing about this sake. When heated up, it tastes even better 😋. It may be a very different taste, but I like it 😊.
