This is the best time of year.　I went to my favorite restaurant and asked for the best sake for this time of year, at room temperature. I immediately bought it because it is a wide range of sake that can be served at room temperature or warmed up 😊. The color is golden, and at room temperature it tastes like alcohol, which is a good thing about this sake. When heated up, it tastes even better 😋. It may be a very different taste, but I like it 😊.

The brewery has a cave, where the sake has spent the summer, so I had high expectations for this sake! I didn't heat it up, but I think it tastes good that way too. I didn't heat it up, but I think it tastes good too. I regretted it later 😓. I drank it mostly at room temperature and found it refreshing and flavorful. It tastes so heavy that you don't feel the 14 degrees. See you next year ❗️

Delicious at room temperature! If you drink it chilled, the acidity and pleasant texture will disappear. Hiyaoroshi must be served at room temperature! I personally thought 😅.

It's been a while since I've had a Kido sparkling. I was looking forward to opening it, thinking it would be a great summer drink, but it blew up and I drank about a third of it in the room 😓. But it tasted great! I'll drink it again when I get a chance👍

It's +15 and it's like I can't taste the Hyakurugakumon.　If it was dry, I wouldn't like it, but this was ok. I recommend it to those who are used to a gentle taste👍
