We had it at a sake brewery in Iwamura. It was delicious to have it freshly made onsite. They also served dried taro with sake lees as an accompaniment.

I found the Shin Takachiyo series, which I enjoyed very much at a previous tasting I went to, so I bought it.
The one I had before had a grape aroma, but this "Chi" has a strong sourness and a citrus aroma. It also tastes citrusy and can be enjoyed without any snacks.

I have been wanting to drink Tasyu light nigori someday.
First of all, the bottle was very beautiful with its blue-blue base color!
Then, there is the mineral aroma, like that of ramune.
When you put it in your mouth, it tingles a little on the tip of your tongue and disappears leaving behind a refreshing sensation.
It is really delicious!
My favorite degree: ★★★★★
Sake purchased from a sake brewery with a sake seal. It has a sharp taste and is suitable for a mid-meal drink. It may go well with warmed sake.

The sixth drink was Ganki, which I was also interested in but had not had yet. However, my memory of the taste is vague and I don't remember it well from this area...
The fifth cup is Hagi no Tsuru's Sakura Neko. The moment you put it in your mouth, the intense sweet and sour taste spreads in your mouth and dissolves in a swoosh, leaving a slight carbonation. This is delicious!
Degree of preference: ★★★★★
The fourth glass was Ona, which I had been curious about since I saw it on the shelves at a liquor store I frequent. I knew that the new sake was fresh and great.
My favorite level ★★☆☆☆☆☆
The first drink was a Jyushiyo, which I hadn't encountered in a long time. It is not often that I even come across it, so I took my time to enjoy it. It is hard to believe that it is a special honjozo!
Degree of preference: ★★★★★
The day ended with Mutsu Hachisen's pink-labeled nama-shu. It was described as "umakuchi," which means "good taste," and while it had a delicious flavor, it also had the easy-drinking quality of a nama-shu!
The red-labeled nama-zake we had at the beginning of the day was shockingly delicious, but this one was no slouch either.

We will have our favorite Toyobai at our favorite restaurant. On this day, it was the first time for me to try the spring-only Hana Raft. It had a gorgeous aroma and was easy to drink neatly, and I wanted to drink it again when I came across it again.
Degree of preference: ★★★★★
We will start the Goshujiin with Izumo, which is said to be the birthplace of Japanese sake. It has a light flavor, but is suitable as an in-meal sake.
Degree of preference★☆☆☆☆
I finished off the day with a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Hanamonji Label! It was my first time drinking it and it was very fruity, flavorful and delicious. We were also served a bottle of Yamaguchi's limited edition Zipangu, which was very satisfying.

This easy-drinking sake made by a female brewer was recommended by the waitress. It is best to drink local sake in the local area of the region.
I don't have a picture of this other sake, but I had a Gassan junmai ginjo, an Izumo Fuji junmai ginjo, and a Mizuumi no sato from Japan Sea Rim. The Mizusumi no Sato was especially easy to drink and delicious.
Preference ★★★☆☆☆☆☆
I found a Kagoshima sake that I had never seen before and bought it. The taste is a bit light, but seems to go well with a strong meal.
