On the right is Hitogokochi, which I drank this time. I was told that this one was like a tropical fruit, so I drank it. It certainly has a good sweetness, and I could drink it by itself.

On the right is the Modern Sentori we drank this time. As the name "modern" implies, it is light and tastes modern and delicious.

Also at the same event. This one was introduced to me and drank like a freshly picked apple. It really was, fresh, fruity, and very much to my liking!
My favorite: ★★★★★
The photo on the left is the ETYPE we drank this time. I drank it at an event where various sake breweries had booths, and it was just like you described: grape! The aroma and taste were grape, and it was the most delicious sensation I have ever had.

We will have Nabeshima Purple Label Nama Sake. It is very easy to drink, not alcoholic, yet fruity and very tasty. We paired it with kingfish and amberjack sashimi on the first day and ankou nabe on the second, and it was an excellent match with the fish.

I bought this new sake from Toyobai when I was in Aomori. It is really fresh and melts down your throat. I knew new sake was good!

This is the first time I've gotten my hands on a Huayangyu I've seen here and was curious about, so I look forward to opening it.
When I pour it into the glass, the aroma of pineapple fills the air. It is very fragrant.
I drink it immediately, and again, it is fruity and delicious, with a slight alcohol taste, accompanied by the aroma.
Degree of preference: ★★★★☆
I opened a bottle of Koei Kiku no Ikubou, which I had bought in the fall.
It was brewed with natural lactic acid bacteria in the spring and stored in ice temperature. While most hiyaoroshi are hiyayoshi, this is a draft sake.
I tried this rare Ikubou. The sensation of drinking it is slightly thickened, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity.

The liquor store I frequent has started selling Tazake, so I bought a bottle of the newest sake, which I had always wanted to try.
I tried out the sake glasses I had bought for sake.
The aroma is very fluffy and expansive, and it seems to have a sweetness to it, but it is also very crisp and refreshing down the throat. I feel that the aroma is stronger than the usual glass. It's just a feeling.
But I have no doubt that the new Tasake sake is very tasty!

We will have Tetorigawa SLASH, a sparkling sake. This sake is refreshing and fruity, like champagne. It is perfect as a toast.

My first Nabeshima Junmai Daiginjo, Aizan! Compared to the Nabeshima I have had in the past, it is less fizzy, but the aroma is rich and the flavor is easy to drink, but it is complex and sweet and has depth.
My favorite: ★★★★★
I had a bottle of Hokuto Zuisho, a sake from Yubari, Hokkaido. The shape of the label is distinctive, but due to my insensitive palate, I could not taste any particular characteristics.
Degree of liking ★☆☆☆☆☆☆
I received a gift of "Hakuroroku," a sake brewed by Matsumoto Shuzo, famous for Sawaya Matsumoto and sold only in Kyoto, as a souvenir and tried it right away!
I'm not a fan of the word "limited edition" and it wasn't registered on Sake-no-Wawa, so I opened it with great anticipation and found it to be slightly fizzy, fruity, clear, and delicious!
It's not easy to get it since I'm not a local, but I could drink it again if I had the chance.
My liking level: ★★★★★
Sharaku's autumn sake Nagoshi Sake. Written in kanji, it is said to be a summer sake. Sake is a beautiful and elegant choice of words.
Rather than the richness characteristic of autumn sake, it is more like a summer sake with a balanced acidity and flavor. Delicious!
Degree of preference: ★★★★☆
This is a fizzy version of the Flax Cat we had before.
When poured into a glass, bubbles rise like champagne.
When you put it in your mouth, the bubbles crackle and pop in your mouth, and combined with the strong acidity, it is a very refreshing drink.
Degree of liking★★★★☆
I was looking for Aizan sake and found it, so I bought it.
Although it is 80% polished rice, it has a sweet and fruity flavor without any cloying taste.
Taste level ★★☆☆☆☆☆
I was at a drinking party the other night and there were many different kinds of Saku available, and I compared many of them and they were all delicious, so I bought a bottle of Saku Hiyadoroshi!
It has a more rounded and calm taste than other Saku wines, but also has a sense of transparency. I knew Saku was good!

Fukushima is a sake from Aizu Tajima. Its color is tinged with wild golden yellow and it has a traditional sake aroma.
While somewhat light in flavor, it has a strong alcohol taste.
