This is the first time to buy and drink saké. It is also the first time to drink Kumamoto Prefecture sake.
The aroma is fresh and the taste is just like wine. Yet it also has the juicy rice flavor that only sake can have. It was the first time for me to experience this kind of sake, and I loved the taste. I was impressed that such a sake exists.

Good evening, Tos 😃.
Congratulations on your first birthplace and your first Kumamoto sake ㊗️🎉.
This is really an impressive taste 🥹.
I haven't had it for a while, but reading about it makes me want to drink it 😋.
The first new sake I bought this season was Houou Mita's first Shibori.
The aroma is fresh and fruity, like grapes. The taste was also clear and very delicious.

Purchased during a trip to Asahikawa, Hokkaido, when I visited the Takasago Sake Brewery.
The bright blue color of the bottle and the Ezo squirrel label are very cute.
Sake bought at a local brewery tastes better and is more memorable.
Degree of preference *☆☆☆☆
I bought it because of the beauty of the label.
It is a sake that reminds me of sparklers at the end of summer, combining the acidity and freshness of summer sake with the mildness of autumn sake.
Preferred degree ★★★★☆
I bought a bottle of kafuda-shu, which I had drunk before and liked very much and found it easy to drink. There were many varieties, but I chose the Gohyakumangoku ooba kumi.
As I expected, it was fresh and easy to drink.

Sake from Okinawa's only sake brewery, purchased on a trip to Okinawa.
It was originally made at a sake brewery in Uruma City, but is no longer being made due to the fact that the brewery is being taken over by another brewery and moved to Ishigaki Island.
I was lucky enough to purchase the last bottle in the store.
It had almost no aroma, and the taste was light and full of alcohol. It didn't go well cold, so I might try heating it up once.
Preference ★☆☆☆☆
When you open the cork a little, carbon dioxide gas will overflow from the inside of the bottle. When you pour it into a glass, bubbles come out with great force.
I imagined that the carbonation would be very strong, but when I put it in my mouth, the carbonation was stronger than I had imagined, stimulating my tongue. This is one of the strongest carbonation among fizzy sake.
The carbonation was so strong that I could not really taste the flavor.
Taste level★☆☆☆☆
I purchased a bottle at an event where sake breweries from all over Japan gathered.
It was my first kijoshu, but the elegant sweetness combined with the freshness and crispness typical of the Yoshida brewery made it very easy to drink and delicious!
By purchasing sake from Ishikawa Prefecture, I hoped to support the victims of the Noto earthquake, even if only a little.

This is the first time I found Sora Nama Sake and immediately bought it. The hi-iru Sora is also hard to find and very tasty, but the fact that it is a draft of the same sake raised my expectations.
It is clear and very beautiful, with a refreshing sweetness that follows and is quite delicious.
Degree of preference: ★★★★★
We were lucky enough to acquire a rare Ura-Nabeshima Nama Sake. This is a blend of arabashi and seme, collected over time.
It has both softness and depth, and has a unique flavor.

Tottori Prefecture is home to Inada Honsen's sake brewery in Yonago, where they sell their products, and where you can taste and decide what you want to buy.
It is a very light, easy-drinking sake.

E-type by Shin Takatsukichiyo, which I drank before and enjoyed it so much.
I finally found it and was able to buy it in bottles.
It is sweet but has a clear taste, so it is not too sweet and is easy to drink.
My favorite: ★★★★★
Yoshida Kurau's Hyakumangoku No Shiro is new with a bright fresh green label. The aroma is cool and mineral, and the alcohol content is low at 13%, making it very easy to drink.
It also has a slight effervescence, making it a bottle that is easy to drink.
Taste degree: ★★★★★
It is a rich sake with a strength of 20 degrees Celsius. It is said that you can enjoy various tastes and aromas depending on the temperature, but since it was getting hot, we served it cold.
The alcohol is too strong on its own, so I tried it on the rocks, which was nice and cool, with just the right amount of alcohol.
Preference ★★★☆☆☆☆☆
Ishikawamon by Yoshida Kuraμ. The label is new, beautiful and bright. The aroma is very gorgeous and a refreshing aroma overflows from the glass.
Although it is called "modern Yamahai," it is a fresh, slightly effervescent sake with a refreshing taste that is not unlike Yamahai, and it is the most delicious. This may be my favorite brand right now.
Degree of preference: ★★★★★
I had a very tasty Tazake Momiji Label at a previous tasting. It was not sold at that time and I was able to get it over a year later.
The aroma was gorgeous and the mouthfeel was mild and gentle. It was a delicious sake with no corners, which is typical of autumn sake.
My favorite degree: ★★★★☆
Doburoku purchased in Shirakawa-go, famous for its gassho-zukuri architecture. It has a thick texture, sweetness and richness, and is like an alcoholic sweet sake.
