This is the first time to buy and drink saké. It is also the first time to drink Kumamoto Prefecture sake.
The aroma is fresh and the taste is just like wine. Yet it also has the juicy rice flavor that only sake can have. It was the first time for me to experience this kind of sake, and I loved the taste. I was impressed that such a sake exists.

Sake from Okinawa's only sake brewery, purchased on a trip to Okinawa.
It was originally made at a sake brewery in Uruma City, but is no longer being made due to the fact that the brewery is being taken over by another brewery and moved to Ishigaki Island.
I was lucky enough to purchase the last bottle in the store.
It had almost no aroma, and the taste was light and full of alcohol. It didn't go well cold, so I might try heating it up once.

When you open the cork a little, carbon dioxide gas will overflow from the inside of the bottle. When you pour it into a glass, bubbles come out with great force.
I imagined that the carbonation would be very strong, but when I put it in my mouth, the carbonation was stronger than I had imagined, stimulating my tongue. This is one of the strongest carbonation among fizzy sake.
The carbonation was so strong that I could not really taste the flavor.

Ishikawamon by Yoshida Kuraμ. The label is new, beautiful and bright. The aroma is very gorgeous and a refreshing aroma overflows from the glass.
Although it is called "modern Yamahai," it is a fresh, slightly effervescent sake with a refreshing taste that is not unlike Yamahai, and it is the most delicious. This may be my favorite brand right now.
