This easy-drinking sake made by a female brewer was recommended by the waitress. It is best to drink local sake in the local area of the region.
I don't have a picture of this other sake, but I had a Gassan junmai ginjo, an Izumo Fuji junmai ginjo, and a Mizuumi no sato from Japan Sea Rim. The Mizusumi no Sato was especially easy to drink and delicious.
