It is slightly carbonated, low-alcoholic, light and easy to drink, and tastes good with a gentle sweetness and light acidity that accentuates the taste well.
I wonder if this is last year's batch.
I don't really care😅.
The second bottle of the new year is "Abe".
The bottle opened easily.
It is not too sweet. Slightly carbonated.
The sourness is very effective and tasty.
The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink.
Happy new year 🌅 & happy 900 check in ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️, massa 🎉!
I've never had Kochira Abechan 🥲 but it definitely looks delicious 😋.
I look forward to working with you again this year: 🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️
Hello, Pon-chan.
I know I am late, but I would like to thank you again for your support this year.
Sazanami was delicious.
I would like to drink various kinds of sake this year as well.
Good evening, massa.
I know I'm late, but congratulations on your 900 check-in 🎉.
Abé is famous but I haven't drunk it yet, so I would like to drink it someday✨.
Let's continue to enjoy the sake life more and more 😊.
I've been on a digital detox over the New Year's holiday and haven't played with my phone 😅.
I recharged my phone and 💨 message came
I started the new year with Sharaku.
It has a gorgeous aroma with a hint of ooze.
Slightly carbonated and smooth.
Fruity, with just the right amount of sourness and bitterness.
It is delicious.
It is dark and cloudy, but it is not dry and dry.
It's 19 degrees Celsius, so maybe that's why it feels that way. It has a strong umami flavor, so it is delicious even when heated.
I don't remember how many times I've had the opportunity to drink new Saku sake at a forget-me-not party.
It was fresh, smooth, and refreshing, and this year's Saku was delicious.
I wondered how many year-end parties we would have in December...we had all the drinks we could drink, so we brought our own drinks with us.
This is the first Miyakanbai since summer time.
A little bit cloudy. A little tangy. The label is plain, but I like it because it is fresh, sweet and tart.
On the way back from the hot spring, I went to Gonoi Sake Shop.
I went to buy a bottle of "Ao Banga-hen" (a sake that was available at an event called "Fukushima Sake Festival").
I heard that this sake was available at an event called "Fukushima Sake no Jin," but I couldn't go to the event, so I went there to buy it, but they only had a bottle of it. I couldn't buy a bottle of sake...too bad.
I bought a bottle of Sugitama instead.
R6BY is also very good.
I like it better than Tenmei Zero.
It is fresh and the gas is not too strong. It has a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity, and I regretted buying it as a souvenir. Even a bottle will run out soon.
I should have bought an extra bottle 😭.
Tired from work, I went on a trip to a hot spring.
Not wanting to be tired from traveling, I went to the nearby Higashiyama Onsen. I drank Nakasyo at dinner at the ryokan. It's a little bit thick, cloudy, and strong in alcohol. I checked the label and it was 19 degrees 😅It was strong, but I could feel the sweetness and it seemed to go down well. It's a bad sake.
After dinner, I took a private open-air bath for 2 hours, and it was bad in a different way.
I shouldn't take a bath after drinking alcohol. It was bad. Heat shock is the same thing, so please be careful.
First time in Urasato.
I finally got the one I was interested in. It's delicious. I mean, all light nigori is good😅.
It's fresh and crisp, sweet but not too much. The bitterness is also nice. I would like a little more acidity for my personal taste.
I'll have to repeat it next year.
The last sake we had.
There is still more sake from Fukushima that I haven't had yet. But it is impossible to drink them all.
And so, "Shiki no Hana" with a traditional label.
This one was heated from the start, so it had a rich umami flavor with a touch of acidity. I drank it all, thinking it was a sake I wouldn't buy myself (laughs).
I was unable to attend the Tenmei Ichiban Shibori party in 2024, but I was given one cup of one of the set at a bar Luckyday‼️
I was told what was in it, but I was too busy drinking to remember, but it was Tenmei sweet, tasty, acidic and delicious!
Not a bear🐻, but I'm curious about the paper label...
Here is another sake we received.
When I told him that the winter hikuma was delicious, he said that he had some autumn hikuma left and would like to try it. I felt like I was urging him to drink it, but he gladly did.
I wonder if it is hiyaoroshi in autumn. Unlike winter, this sake has a strong umami of rice and a good acidity, so I thought I would like to drink it heated up 😅.
Sake that I was offered as a complimentary drink.
The aroma is mild.
I have had many light nigori, and this one is creamy but lighter and sweeter than other light nigori. It is easy to drink with a slight gaseous feeling.
It is easy to drink with a little gas.
I was able to drink Hakuten again this year.
Moreover, we received 5 kinds of drinks including Hakuten, which were brought in by customers (laugh).
Thank you very much.
I heard that they send sake from all over the country. What kind of job is that? ‼️ I gulped it down while thinking I wanted to be one too.
It's nigori, slightly carbonated, with a sweetness followed by a bit of bitterness, and it's delicious.
I was always satisfied with drinking white silver sea and never bought silver sea.
This is my first Ginhai.
Slightly carbonated. A little bit chili. Fresh, sweet and sour, then bitter.
It is a stable Kangiku.
There is no exception.
I shook the bottle before opening it, but it opened easily.
It is lightly cloudy with fine gas and fruity. The rice flavor and acidity spread and a bit of bitterness joins in to fill the bottle, which is very nice.
It's good again this year.
I took a junior girl who is on the verge of discovering Japanese sake for a drink.
I knew I had to let her try it at least once, so I ordered a bottle of Jyushiyo.
The girl said, "It's so sweet, it's amazing!
She said it was "sweet and amazing.
I'll let her get into the swamp gradually.
Good evening, massa 😃.
Good job on your swamp life 🤗.
I'm sure the Jyushidai will wake you up 😳I'd be in trouble if that's all you drink 😅I hope you get hooked on cheap and tasty sake 😋.
After golfing with a client, I had two hours to kill before a drinking session, so I went out to drink alone.
I found a new restaurant for the first time.
The sake is mainly from Fukushima, and I choose Uraroman from among 5 kinds.
It is always sweet and fruity, but I rarely buy it myself.
Snowman, which has become a fresh yeast yeast yeast this year.
It is as delicious as ever.
It is not too sweet, but has just the right amount of chili and is finished off with a bitter taste.
You have to drink it once a year.
