On the way back from the hot spring, I went to Gonoi Sake Shop.
I went to buy a bottle of "Ao Banga-hen" (a sake that was available at an event called "Fukushima Sake Festival").
I heard that this sake was available at an event called "Fukushima Sake no Jin," but I couldn't go to the event, so I went there to buy it, but they only had a bottle of it. I couldn't buy a bottle of sake...too bad.
I bought a bottle of Sugitama instead.
R6BY is also very good.
I like it better than Tenmei Zero.
It is fresh and the gas is not too strong. It has a good balance of sweetness, flavor, and acidity, and I regretted buying it as a souvenir. Even a bottle will run out soon.
I should have bought an extra bottle 😭.

Tired from work, I went on a trip to a hot spring.
Not wanting to be tired from traveling, I went to the nearby Higashiyama Onsen. I drank Nakasyo at dinner at the ryokan. It's a little bit thick, cloudy, and strong in alcohol. I checked the label and it was 19 degrees 😅It was strong, but I could feel the sweetness and it seemed to go down well. It's a bad sake.
After dinner, I took a private open-air bath for 2 hours, and it was bad in a different way.
I shouldn't take a bath after drinking alcohol. It was bad. Heat shock is the same thing, so please be careful.

First time in Urasato.
I finally got the one I was interested in. It's delicious. I mean, all light nigori is good😅.
It's fresh and crisp, sweet but not too much. The bitterness is also nice. I would like a little more acidity for my personal taste.

Here is another sake we received.
When I told him that the winter hikuma was delicious, he said that he had some autumn hikuma left and would like to try it. I felt like I was urging him to drink it, but he gladly did.
I wonder if it is hiyaoroshi in autumn. Unlike winter, this sake has a strong umami of rice and a good acidity, so I thought I would like to drink it heated up 😅.

I have had many light nigori, and this one is creamy but lighter and sweeter than other light nigori. It is easy to drink with a slight gaseous feeling.

This is my first Ginhai.
Slightly carbonated. A little bit chili. Fresh, sweet and sour, then bitter.
It is a stable Kangiku.
