Pitchy fresh. Light mouthfeel with a green apple-like flavor. The sweetness is moderate and a little bitter. Not too sweet and easy to drink. If I drink sake, I should also drink wine. Kenzo Estate's aska 2013 is over 30,000 yen. I only had one glass, the rest was sake 😅.

I opened a bottle of Kangiku that I had left over and decided to save until the end of the year. And it ran out so fast 😅I love this sake because it is slightly carbonated, sweet and tasty, and has a slight bitterness, making it easy to drink. The red one is to be enjoyed at the end of the year.

Too many drinking parties, so I'm a little behind on posting. I haven't had Kagatobi in a while. It is a hiyaoroshi sake, but it has a gorgeous fruity aroma and a strong umami flavor. It is a sake to be enjoyed slowly.

I ordered a tasake that was bought on the bar's menu as a seasonal ‼️. I was excited to see what I would get. I was excited to see what I was going to get ❓What❓Tokujun❓I thought you said it was a regular sake. The waiter said that there was no place to write it on the menu, so he wrote it on the seasonal sake section 😅Wow, that's not true. It's dry, umami, and tasty, but I like it, but I didn't agree with it.

Tenmei, which I ordered at an eel restaurant thinking it was a new sake. It wasn't 😆. It was twice hiked, but you could feel the freshness. It has a crisp sweetness with a good acidity. I would like to drink it warmed, as the label on the back says.

Autumn horse racing in Fukushima 🏇 from November It started again. After Sunday, we had a meeting to reflect over eels. We drank a lot of sake, but there was none that we were looking for. We changed places and went to the second restaurant. The owner of the store said "I was going to close the shop because no one came" 😅That was a close call. But there was the new sake I was looking for. Last year it was so good that I bought it again, but how about this year? It was fresh, sweet, and tasty, but the acidity was very assertive. The label also says it has the highest acidity in the Tenmei series. Mmmm. I don't have the vocabulary to describe it, but... Expectations for No. 1.

Today morning, my wife wanted to go to a cafe... In exchange for going there, I said I also wanted to eat morning noodle and buy sake, but there was only 30 minutes until the morning noodle time. I gave up and went to the cafe, but it was closed until today due to renovation 😭. I should have checked the instagram before going there. I went to the liquor store, but it was closed too. Today is not my lucky day at all 😩. I came home and opened a bottle of sake I had left over. I've never seen or drank sake before. I've never seen or drunk sake before, so I want to drink it. It's similar to "Kangiku" with a slight carbonation. The sweet and sour taste is followed by a bitter taste that makes it very easy to drink. I had a good sake, so everything is good today. I'm sure I'll be back again.

Ippouki's new product "Hishiki" (Secret Color) The sweetness is moderate and the taste is firm, but it has a different impression from the previous Ippouki. It has a refreshing acidity and an apple-like aroma. I was curious to know what kind of color "Hi-iro" was, so I looked it up and found that it is a color name that imitates the beautiful skin color (shallow green) of celadon porcelain, which is a Chinese pottery. The mysterious beauty of the color is said to have given rise to the term "secret color. Hee-hee. I couldn't read "hisoku" in the first place😅.

A souvenir from an October holiday trip to Ise by a junior employee of the company. Thanks only ‼️. It's a collaboration limited edition sake made by "Sake-no-Ten Morishita" ✖️. Just drinking it will bring you good luck 😁. The aroma is subdued, but it has an apple-like aroma. It has a slightly tangy taste with just the right amount of sourness and bitterness that is very nice. It is delicious on its own, but if you want to enjoy it more, I would say it is a food sake.

I love Chrysanthemum 😍 I was able to purchase this year's bottle and opened it immediately. Slightly carbonated, fresh. Sweetness followed by a bitterness. It's good to drink by itself, but it doesn't interfere with a meal. I had chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) for dinner and while I was enjoying it, the "Omasari" that I boiled in salted water and saved as a snack for sake came out from the bottom instead of ginkgo 😭It's not bad but it's strange😅. I wanted to eat normal boiled peanuts🥜...

Nigori (nigori) sake available year-round. It is a honjozo sake, but it is very tasty. It has a high alcohol content of 19 degrees, but you can drink it without feeling it. The bitterness after the deliciousness and sweetness of the rice is pleasant. This is the kind of sake that you can't drink too much of.

The second cup from last weekend. Ippo-self's Junmai Ginjo, which is available in limited quantities starting at the beginning of September. I wondered how it would be this year.
