I shook the bottle before opening it, but it opened easily. It is lightly cloudy with fine gas and fruity. The rice flavor and acidity spread and a bit of bitterness joins in to fill the bottle, which is very nice. It's good again this year.

I took a junior girl who is on the verge of discovering Japanese sake for a drink. I knew I had to let her try it at least once, so I ordered a bottle of Jyushiyo. The girl said, "It's so sweet, it's amazing! She said it was "sweet and amazing. I'll let her get into the swamp gradually.

After golfing with a client, I had two hours to kill before a drinking session, so I went out to drink alone. I found a new restaurant for the first time. The sake is mainly from Fukushima, and I choose Uraroman from among 5 kinds. It is always sweet and fruity, but I rarely buy it myself.

I have a lot to drink and need to drink stock. Junmai Daiginjo brewed with 40% polished rice. Mild fruity aroma. A little bit shwashy. It has a soft sweetness, and the acidity gives it a nice kick.

Hi ma-ki. I was able to buy it at the right time so I was able to drink it and it was a delicious sake. I think Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori will be on sale after 12/10, so if you have a chance to drink it, I highly recommend it instead of Akabu.

I was supposed to meet a client for a drink at 6:00 p.m., but was thrown out at 4:00 p.m. after golf and had two hours to kill, so I went to a newly opened restaurant and had a drink Ura Romain. It is a blend of several kinds of sake, and has a unique thick and citrusy aroma, sweet and delicious. I drank so much that I was in danger of being a customer 😅.

Lightly cloudy. It has an apple-like fruity aroma. Slightly carbonated, sweet and sour, and easy to drink, which is hard to believe the alcohol content is 18. Personally, I think it leaves a bitter aftertaste. The cheese pasta was really delicious...but I regretted eating it 😅.

This is a souvenir from a visit to Kawauchi-mura, Fukushima Prefecture, by a gin-loving junior colleague of mine, who had heard that a new distillery was to open there. The name of the distillery is "Kaeru-no-utage" (meaning "frog's head" in Japanese), and it seems to be a symbol of Kawauchi-mura, the "giant tree frog" of Hirabushi Swamp, and a wish that people will "return" to their hometowns after the earthquake and tsunami, and that they will enjoy "parties" when they drop by and get drunk in Kawauchi-mura. It feels a little sweet but light and easy to drink.

I ordered "Hagi-no-Tsuru," which was listed on the menu, only to be betrayed again. It was not a "Halloween cat" or a "kotatsu cat," but a "cool evening cat. It's November and it's still 。。。。 😅 Fruity and delicious, but I feel so betrayed😅. It's also delicious with soft sweetness.

Pitchy fresh. Light mouthfeel with a green apple-like flavor. The sweetness is moderate and a little bitter. Not too sweet and easy to drink. If I drink sake, I should also drink wine. Kenzo Estate's aska 2013 is over 30,000 yen. I only had one glass, the rest was sake 😅.

I opened a bottle of Kangiku that I had left over and decided to save until the end of the year. And it ran out so fast 😅I love this sake because it is slightly carbonated, sweet and tasty, and has a slight bitterness, making it easy to drink. The red one is to be enjoyed at the end of the year.

I ordered a tasake that was bought on the bar's menu as a seasonal ‼️. I was excited to see what I would get. I was excited to see what I was going to get ❓What❓Tokujun❓I thought you said it was a regular sake. The waiter said that there was no place to write it on the menu, so he wrote it on the seasonal sake section 😅Wow, that's not true. It's dry, umami, and tasty, but I like it, but I didn't agree with it.

Tenmei, which I ordered at an eel restaurant thinking it was a new sake. It wasn't 😆. It was twice hiked, but you could feel the freshness. It has a crisp sweetness with a good acidity. I would like to drink it warmed, as the label on the back says.
