I skipped registration too much. Sake from a while ago. Don't stop drinking Noto sake - a collaboration sake from ‼️. I drank both, but I'll give a review of Eiheiji Hakuryu. It has a very nice citrusy aroma and a firm sweet flavor. Well balanced sake. We must support it well. ‼️

My son and I were on summer vacation, and since we both had free time, we chopped up a large amount of green chili peppers we received and cooked them into "Nanban Miso" while coughing together. We started drinking at home with it. Since we were there, we drank a bottle of Shinsei. Strong acidity and soft sweetness. Stable taste. It's refreshing in the hot season when well chilled.

Label looks like some champagne 😁. Beautiful pale pink when poured. When you drink it, it is sweet and sour. The acidity comes to the fore. It is low in alcohol and has no sake-like taste. In a sense, it may be popular with everyone. Personally, I do not dislike it. I wonder if Eiko-Fuji comes out with a new brand of sake every year❓Last year, SOMA ONE was released in a suitcase, but it was too expensive for me to even buy it. I wonder if the sake polished down to 1% tastes good in the first place, it's out of reach for the average person.

A little late birthday present from a work colleague who went to the Fukushima horse race in July with me. I'm so happy. I tried it and found it to be delicious. It's juicy and fruity like a peach. The sweetness and sourness mix nicely in the mouth and become one. It's already delicious in the aftertaste 😁.

I had only had "Hitogokochi" Shinshu Kamerei, so we compared them luxuriously. A little tangy and sweet 😁. The hi-iru-ver has a less sweetness and a sharp taste, but the nama has a long sweetness aftertaste.

Not to change the flavor, but to take a break, I ordered three kinds of Houou Mita 🍊🍑🍇 that are not sake. All of them have a lot of pulp in them and are very fruity. I drank them all straight, but the tangerine was quite sour. The peach and grape are full of sweetness. Except for the tangerine, the others are too sweet, so it would be better to drink them with soda or something.

I've seen this sake before, but I was kind of averse to it and never got around to buying it... This sake is produced by Moeaz, who is well-known for "Moe Moe Kyunkyun". It's been 6 years. It is limited to 999 bottles. It's fruity. It's juicy. It's fresh! It's a good sake, but there's too much of a gap between the image on the label and the sake itself 😁.

Genmai No. 2, which I have been wanting to drink. It is a blend of Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori and Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo (50% each), unfiltered and aged at low temperature for 6 months. It is soft on the palate with a fruity ginjo aroma on the nose. Sweetness is followed by sourness. The sweet and sour feeling continues and can be enjoyed in the aftertaste.

I've been wanting to drink Gensai. Finally I was able to drink it. It is sweet and tart, but has a nice sharpness, so you can drink a lot without getting tired of it. It is delicious.

Frustration at work before the vacation was maxed out, so I left work flexibly and went to a bar at 4pm. The usual all-you-can-drink 😁. The first drink was a Manneki of Jyushiyo. It was my first Manneki. It's limited, but I'm glad to be able to drink it. The aroma is very nice. It has a deep sweetness and a slightly strong acidity. It is very good!

It's a special junmai sake from Murayu, a summer-only sake for warming, but it's hot, so I drink it cold. It's low-alcoholic, and I wonder if it has a tangerine feeling deep down. It has a grapey feel. Light sweetness and a bit of sourness. A sake that can be drunk crisply without heating.

Shwar. A whiffle. It's quite a whiffle as soon as the bottle is opened. When you drink it, you don't feel that much fizz. It is a refreshing summer sake with sweetness and acidity. Following Nanamizu, Tochigi's sake is also good.

Corrected a draft that was uploaded. My company held a kick-off party at a Chinese restaurant for the new fiscal year starting in August. I wasn't planning to go due to a series of drinking parties, but I was forced to attend the party. A bottle of sake was poured. I rushed to the restaurant as soon as I arrived and drank a bottle of sake. Sake was served by the restaurant. How nice. The sake was served on a plate with a chaser cup on top of it, and the plate was full of sake. I told them I'd made it "mokkiri". The kind of thing idiots do😡 yet the flippancy is still gymnastic. There was about 2 gou of sake. I drank it all up like an idiot. A shooting star on the jet-black label. Cool label. I thought it would be dry, but the sweetness and sourness came later and it was delicious.

It's hot every day. The blue color of the bottles is cool, but the heat is still the same. It is a slightly sparkling, summer sake, so perhaps the sweetness is subdued, but the light umami and acidity are delicious and lingers in the mouth. I think light sake with low alcohol content tastes good in summer.
