The fruity aroma stimulates me since I have been drinking dry so far.

It is dry but easy to drink like Harushika Super Dry Sake.

One of our regular customers asked for this sake as a thank-you for Kenshin!
We were served a moderately spicy sake with a sake alcohol content of 12 degrees!
The aroma had a grain-like nuance and did not smell much of alcohol.
The sharp sharpness is perfectly matched with the mild umami, and it goes well with the crispy grilled cheese. ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Afuio 😃.

No cloying or alcoholic taste, I guzzled it down so fast I couldn't believe it was 12 degrees 😂. あふぃおThe third one is a humble one.
Fruity aroma but subdued.
Slight apple and muscat aroma.
The first sip was sweet, contrary to what I expected.
Since it was a Niigata sake, I imagined it to be light and dry, but it was mellow and umami, with a concentrated flavor of rice that made the snacks go faster and faster 😋.
We became friends with the regulars sitting next to us and had a lively sake discussion, drinking Kenshin together. あふぃおThe second bottle is Souten.
The aroma is green apple and muscatelike
Like the first, the aroma is also very discreet 😌.
The taste is fine, smooth and light.
The flavor of rice and a hint of sweetness spreads out, giving the impression of balancing the mild acidity.
The aftertaste is clean and crisp, and it is a delicious sake that can be easily consumed 😋. 
あふぃおI was taken to a favorite place by an old friend who I hadn't seen in a while and was entertained 🥳.
First up was Saku Waetsu.
I was excited to hear that it is only available at restaurants, so I waited in line.
The aroma is peachy and pear-like, but the flavor is subdued and mature.
The taste is fresh, with the umami and sweetness of the rice spreading through the mouth, and the mild acidity balancing it out.
The snacks are also delicious and I'm afraid I'm going to gain weight 😭 ma-ki-Good evening, Mr. Afio!
