So 59 is the rice milling ratio 😮. It's listed as flat milled rice. I'll look it up . ⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅ I see ❗️❗️ So that's how it is👌 I've never heard of it before ✌️. I heard it is equivalent to 40%. After the fruity taste, a mild sourness I can't tell if it's a Daiginjo or not. I don't understand even if it is said that it is Daiginjo. I like this one too😋. The 500ml bottle was empty in no time 😥.

It's a 10th anniversary bottle from a sake specialty store that has been popping up lately. Congratulations graduates! It is a light nigori brewed with Gohyakumangoku from Ishikawa Prefecture and Kanazawa yeast KZ-4. The aroma is slightly alcoholic. It has a firm umami taste followed by a good acidity. Because it is dry, it is not too heavy, and you can't help drinking it. It's delicious! I have to make sure not to drink too much 🥴.

This is probably my first time having it. The aroma is fuzzy with a slight nutty note behind it 🥜. The mouthfeel is nice, not too sweet with a touch of alcohol on top of the sweetness👍. A little bitterness comes at the end of the moderate aftertaste, and I also felt a slight nutty aroma. ⋅⋅⋅⋅ I'm not sure if it's just my imagination or if I'm in the middle of a hay fever 😥.

It's so good~♥ Bottled in May 2020 and shipped in January 2021. It is one bottle. Nice aroma ⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅ like some kind of fruit ⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅⋅ grapey? And a hint of citrus? On the palate, a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness! It can be used before and during meals, with a wide range of seafood and meat.

This sake is named after a place called "Tabika" in Komono-cho, Mie Prefecture. This sake is made from 100% Kaminoho, sake rice grown in Tamitsu. It's so good!
