I've heard that there is a version using Omachi, so I'd like to compare them.

As the name suggests, it is dry with a sake content of 12. The rice is polished to 55%, so it's as dry as a Ginjo. It's so refreshing, you can drink as much as you want! It seems to go well with all kinds of food. We had it with crowfish and chicken tataki🎵.
